Frazer specializes in landlord tenant issues. He charges $350 an hour. In my opinion, he shouldn't command this high fee.
He's got a friendly style, but when the %$#@ hits the fan he tends to crumble and backpedal. Probably good with minor cases, ours was a doosy and maybe he got in over his head.
Still, one shouldn't make promises they can't keep.
