We bought a dinning room set this spring and a hutch a pretty large purchase for us as I am really cheap. Not a big deal, but one of the chairs broke...we bought the insurance which was around $149 for everything. We went to pick up the replacement chair and I mentioned that they would see us again soon as my husband had broke a piece of glass from the hutch the night before. (boy, was I fuming at him)
The manager overheard me talking with the same salesman that sold us the set and he went to the display unit and took a piece of glass out of the hutch and said that they would just go ahead and order a new piece of glass for theirs and ours could look just like new again!
What great service!
