We live right near Tapatio, and go there often. The food is hearty, the staff is always friendly, and they treat you right. One time when we ordered takeout (which we do frequently) they messed up the order. When we called to report it, they made us a new meal, no questions asked, and also gave us a gift certificate as an apology. That may seem like a little thing, but I've been to plenty of places that treat you like you did something wrong: you have to bring back the other meal to prove that they really messed up the order.
