Recently I installed a gate sensor at my garage. I bought it from a well know company and followed the instructions provided by them and they also sent over their tech to help me out. A gate sensor allowed me to remove myself from the worries of stepping in and out of my car in order to close or open the gate. I just have to take my car to the drive way pad and the door opens by itself.
