Bud is awesome. I lost almost 20 lbs the first 2-3 months. Bud is good at finding your weak spots and developing a program around improving them. He makes you work your butt off during the sessions, but that’s what it takes to make lasting changes to your body. Bud's also a super funny guy, which make the workouts enjoyable. He's very mindful of past injuries and tailors your program around them.
