not good. When a common element broke, damaging our condo, the board quickly approved the repairs. However, Vanguard simply did not get anybody in to look at the damage, even after repeated calls from the president and myself. Typically, they didn't even return the calls or emails. The president of vanguard later said at that she was waiting until the board meeting to tell us that the original contractor she selected was mad and procrastinating coming out. After a few weeks and more phone calls and emails (again, most not returned) she said she would call two people to come out to bid. She didn't more days passed and more calls and she then forwarded numbers to me and the board (why this was hard I have no idea). We are not the only one's affected by their failures. One person just sold her unit and vanguard nearly killed the deal by failing after multiple requests to give minutes. They are horrifically unresponsive. If you want them to just keep tax records, they're probably ok; if you want them to respond to homeowner requests and organize upkeep, look elsewhere. Several owners will be pushing to have them replaced as soon as the contract is up. more
