Jim's Foods is a very convenient grocery store, especially for the South West side of Cedar Rapids.
The staff are ALWAYS friendly and cheerful. And also quite helpful. Many times I have called there looking for a particular grocery item, and so far they have had each item. Tonight it was Sour Cream.
The AWESOME thing is they are the same price of most items compared to Wal-Mart or Hy-Vee. A few items are a bit more than the big name grocers, but with gas prices now a day, paying $0.50 more instead of driving a mile is worth it.
I have yet to come in and notice the store dirty. I don't believe dirty is in their vocabulary. The store is always clean.

I know there are many other items, but those are the ones I remember off the top of my head.
So if you like the feel of a small town grocery store, where you get personal service and the staff do learn to know you, check out Jim's Foods. Also, if you like convenience and live on the South West Side of Cedar Rapids, definitely stop into Jim's Foods.
