This company spends so much on commercials during tax season, yet I just wasn't impressed when we went to this location. We filed our taxes with what seemed to be a 'new' employee. I just feel that if you are paying to have your taxes done that the person should be able to do a better job then what I could have done. For what we paid, I just wasnt impressed. These don't seem to be professional accountants.
