Tim the Toolman would love this store. Sorry, I don't buy anything else here but tools. They really know their stuff and the craftsmen tools are lifetime warranty. If you check out their website you'll see the online specials! I ordered a sander here online and it was out of stock. Unfortunately I didn't check my email and made the trip for in-store pickup. The manager apologized and gave me the next model higher! What incredible service! I didn't complain as it was my fault for not checking my email, but he did it anyways! Tools are replaced with no questions asked. If you signup for the craftsmen club you can get 10% off every time you shop. No need to carry a card as they can look you up to verify. I've always been pleased coming here. Sorry, can't comment on the "softer side of sears", I don't shop there.
