I've used Paul twice.
First time Paul fixed my problem - In fact he went the extra mile to suggest a solution that saved me significantly over what I originally thought I would have to spend.
Second time he was on a big job so, instead of making me wait, he recommended another company who did a great job for me.
As the previous review noted, he does have an accent, but so what? He was honest, hard working, and knowledgeable.
