The portions are generous, and there's a good variety. Keep it simple and order from a menu of pastas from around the world (a little Americanized, probably, but I'll take what I can get), or customize with meat and vegetable options. Complement with a local brew. Personally I usually go with macaroni and cheese, which is done right at Noodles and Company.
