Such a rip-off! Their pages and pages of fine print and their liberal interpretations of it pretty much guarantee they'll find a way not to pay out on anything. If you're buying or selling a house and want a home warranty-- normally an excellent idea-- read the fine print, and avoid snakes like 2-10!
