The food at Postrio is absolutely sensational! Exactly what I'd expect from a restaurant created by and owned by Wolfgang Puck. It is located in the Venetian, which in itself is a beautiful casino, in the shops area. You have your choice of dining inside the elegant restaurant or sitting on the casual inside patio. Portions are reasonable. Prices are a little upscale -- but that is to be expected. Service is outstanding -- I don't think the wait staff ever allowed my water glass to become 1/2 empty. If you have any room left after your meal, dessert is definitely worth it.
