Tino's is my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. It is very large so you don't have to wait for a table. The service is usually good. I really enjoy their combination options. Their quesadillas, enchiladas and nachos are really good. They also have good salsa and large drinks which are two requirements for me in a good Mexican restaurant.
