The Framer's Vise has been around for a long time and they offer very good service and decent prices. They do a much better job consistently than the big chain stores, I think. This place also used to let customers do part of the work themselves for a bit of discount. If you like DIY work, this could be for you. It did not involve potentially dangerous tools like the molding chopper. They have a very nice selection of moldings and mats and of course all kinds of archival products. You can also order prints and posters and they have a small gallery of framed art that is quite nice.
