Very unprofessional outfit. The website is misleading as far as chimney sweeps go. Under the heading chimney sweeps, it details each step they will take when they arrive at your house, and have pricing listed underneath that paragraph. However, the pricing is for a solo chimney/fireplace cleaning, which consists of one wire brush inserted into the chimney and a shop vac for the fireplace, not the service described online. For a 12-2 appt for a chimney cleaning, they arrived at 730 pm. The person who arrived was not only unfriendly but answered questions in a defensive and irritated manner. When I called the company to express my disappointment, I was met with rude and unconcerned manner, not even an apology. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
