I hear stories about how people can't get hold of their management for their apartment and how run down it is and no one cares and they just don't feel safe.
I am proud to say Applegate apartments is not like that at all.
If you ever have a problem with ANYTHING they are there. They also take care of the very nice landscaping on the grounds.
From the management to the maintenance people.
They are very friendly and helpful.
Applegate now has a neighborhood watch program for that extra secure feeling. We have monthly meetings to make sure things are in check
We are now allowed to have small pets (20 pounds and under). I was so happy to see this...We now have an addition to our home. "Scrappy" our kitten.
Applegate is now under new management and I must say is the best this little community has ever had.
They want everyone that lives here to be part of this community and they are doing a nice job at that too, spring rummage sales, working on a block party, and our neighborhood watch program.
All of the buildings have a locked main door to every building. (nice safety feature compared to other apartment complexes). Laundry rooms in each building. Two washers and two dryers.
Not only do they have the one, two bedrooms, they also have town houses that are very nice as well.
