He's Not Here is a very popular college bar with an outside patio. However, if you're one of those people who likes to bar hop, don't bother going here. You will pay cover and buy an $8 big cup, so there will be no point in leaving once you've paid so much. also, it's a bit crowded. But if you want to just go there, it can be real fun and you'll run into a lot of people from freshmen year.
