Cheri is absent minded and lacks clarity in presenting her arguments. She plays off her client's emotions and is full of unproductive drama. In the 17th Judicial Circuit of Northern Illinois, clients who retain Cheri are viewed very poorly by the clerks and the court. Cheri's email of jugular@ameritech.net and her vanity license plate of "jugular" are representative of a woman living with deep psychological issues and a gross distortion of her standing in the community.A much better choice for representation is the honorable Carol Bailey.
