Good: The Customer Service up front was very nice. Above all everyone in there was laughing and having fun. My tattoo is awesome, i only go there.. Bad: there was a certain tattoo artist there that was very rude and acted like he didnt care if there were customers or not around, but as I said, I have came back since then and he has been fired or whatever, yay! everyone seems happier. If he was to come back I would never go there again. expecially because he used to sit right behind the door you walked in to so you can go to your artists station.. Improvements: Nothing, as of now everything is amazing..
