This is definitely one of my favorite Sushi spots in town. They center around the cuts of fish rather than rolls and due to that, have some amazing tasting nigiri.
I also like Shiro's if I am looking for a smaller, intimate dinner with a date or just a couple friends. It's quiet, the wait staff is very nice and they have a good selection of side dishes and Japanese beverages.
There are many Sushi restaraunts in Seattle, but you don't want to miss this one.
