My brother Nick and I started in MMA at Progressive Martial Arts and then one day we heard about this crazy thing called Dog Brothers Real Contact training. We watched men training there and saw these guys just going right at one another. We had to join. Yeah, it's real, it's intense and yeah, I can still kick Lee's butt any day of the week!
