My son was once a sullen, angry, pasty faced bully. I got calls from the school telling me about his behavior, and I didn't want to believe them. Then I caught him. He was taunting children smaller than him, saying such ugly, nasty words and then he hit one of these smaller kids. A counselor suggested a kickboxing class, ironically enough. So, we came to Queens, New York to Progressive Martial arts. He is now a member of the Youth Leadership team and volunteers as a teen mentor.
