Your plumber was dressed appropriately, courteous, and extremely thorough. He made sure that I understood every part of the procedure before he started to work on it and gave me an estimate up front. He had excellent knowledge of the problem. By the way, the drain that was giving me problems hasn`t needed to be looked at since. Thanks for a job well done.
