Did not dig outside,even though our salesman assured us it would be done. After our basement was "waterproofed" it is still wet every time it rains! Used our old existing sump as the main sump and the new as a backup. Old one died, backup will not work.Lifetime warranty..only if you give them even more money every year. 4 years later our basement is a moldy, wet mess! My family will soon be sick from the mold. Help!!!
