This is a smaller radio shack, but the experience of the salespeople makes it a worthwhile trip. We had a problem with hooking something up (that was gift) and through their problem solving skills, the right parts were found. No pushy salespeople here. They believe in their products and sell them easily. If you ever need a home telephone, buy from here. Prices may be a touch higher then other big chain stores, but the products are well made and last.
