We have ordered from NY Pizza in Bridgemill Plaza on a few occasions throughout the past 2 years. The last time will be the last time. When we placed the order for delivery, we were told it would be 40 minutes. We were OK with that. Although, my husband grew up working in pizza places, and it does not take that long to make a pizza and drive it 2 miles to my door (literally). At an hour, we still not receive our order, so we called. It was supposedly on the way, no excuses, no apologies. At an hour and 1/2, still no pizza. We called again, still no reason. Actually, we were treated as though we were the ones in the wrong. Why should we have ever expected pleasant customer service and our order in less than DOUBLE the time promised. Finally we just cancelled altogether and ended up ordering from another location.
