During my college years, I spent a lot of time trying to sell clothes and buy used clothes. This took me to most Twice-As-Nice Stores, as well as thrift stores and Buffalo Exchange.
If you're looking for used clothing, go to a thrift store. Tucson is full of them. Their selection rotates and they tend to have some decent stuff. Twice as Nice, however, has old, dated, heavily used clothes, and they seem to WANT it that way. They have NEVER bought anything from me, wven when Buffalo Exchange (very trendy stuff) took most of it!
I don't know what market Twice as Nice is trying to reach, but it is obviously not young women. Don't even bother.
