Tech from these company is a great person and was very thorough when explaining what had gone wrong. He was on time, despite having to drive so far to get to me. Best part was that he was done very fast and charged me close to nothing compared to other quotes. My door was not closing level and a cable was off. Works great now! Highly recommended.
