I know 3 people that have used Assist to Sell and they all have told me they absolutely will never do it any other way again. There are 2 homes in my neighborhood that sold in 3-4 weeks using Assist to Sell. We may be moving within the next 2 months and for sure will use Assist to Sell. We will save well over $10,000 doing this.
