Caribou Coffee is a coffee house chain with a cabin feel. There is a large selection of beverages, primarily coffee drinks, of course. However, my favorites are the Chai and Smoothies. They have a small bakery case with different muffin and scone varieties, chocolate chunk cookies, lemon cake and cinnamon rolls all around $2. None taste freshly baked but are all decent. I usually get either the French Toast muffin or the Cranberry Orange scone which has lots of orange zest. There are also a few saran-wrapped sandwiches and bottled drinks displayed. The mixing stations are well-stocked with different milks, sweeteners (glad they have Splenda) and flavorings. They have free local papers to read, a few board games and a children's play area.
