Rudy's appears not to need any new business. I called to inquire about plumbing service. I asked for a rough guesstimate, and they asked me to send a fax of the work I wanted done. I did so, and I never heard anything back. Follow up calls produced no result, either. My project may have been small, but I expect a good business to respond promptly and courteously, regardless of the size of the project.
