We started out with Don Rae which was a great experience, and due to Don being overloaded we got passed off to Russ. Now, now hating on Russ, but he was not nearly as, well, friendly as Don.
In any case, we ended up buying at what we considered a very good deal, got a pretty darn good trade in allowance, and then to top things off, Mario the Money Guy was able to knock our already ridiculously low finance rate down another 1% a week AFTER we signed the papers.
Unreal but welcome experience at a car dealership.
