I have been banking with Star Financial for about 5 years. They have always had great customer service, and I have never had a problem with them charging random fees to my account. They even offer a $500 courtesy coverage for overdraft protection. They don't have as many branches in FW as I would like to see (none in New Haven), but it is worth the 6 mile drive to get to the closest branch from home.
