I got my oil changed and tires rotated here once, since they had a coupon to get both done for a good price. Even with making an appointment a full week in advance, I had to wait 2 hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated. 2 hours, with an appointment. Normally, I just go the jiffy lube and have it done in 20 minutes. While the lounge was nice, there were plenty of magazines and even a tv to watch, I was not happy with how long it took. I don't have any complaints about the job they did (the car seems to be running just fine), I probably will not go back here again.
