I never thought it was fair to have a single cable company in one town, but with competition from satellite companies, I guess they can't call it a true monopoly. With the exception of you typical cable prices, the service is okay. When we first signed up, they messed up our bill every month for about 3 or 4 months. We were really starting to get tired of calling them with their mistakes, but they finally got things taken care of. We haven't really had to deal with them since then. Overall, I'd say they are your pretty typical cable company.
