The waitress was friendly but when our kids' meals arrived, (which were supposed to include chips) there were no chips and no explanation until we asked. They were out of chips & offered a substitute. My wife's order was OK. I never got my order until we asked for it even though I was sitting there several minutes with only a soda. There were no chips but they said they were sending a driver to get some. After at least 20 min. I asked about chips then they offered a substitute. It never came until we finally were leaving & I stood at the register waiting. I like the food but we usually are disappointed whenever we go there and probably won't order from there at all for a long time.
