I was at this particular store in Joliet for some shopping and there store was less than kid friendly. Considering that this store is based on children I was upset. We found a sign that stated 40 piece set for $10.99 and when I asked a clerk about it he said he only thing he could tell me was that he would take the sign down. When I went to the customer service counter they said sorry thats you it goes. They also have changed their return policy they will not take anything exchange or return without a receipt.
