Lam's has absolutely the best brown rice -- it has this sort of nutty taste that is just terrific (never seen anything quite like it). They have a fish special with a spicy sauce that is just terrific. The chef is ethnic Chinese raised in Vietnam who worked at a Thai restaurant for years (or something like that), so the Pan-Asian thing works here better than at most places. It's a great place for lunch (very good prices, and then you can get takeout to have for dinner, too). The place is quite big, so it's not hard to get seated quickly. There's no parking lot, but there is street parking all over the place though you might have to walk a little bit. Service is friendly and efficient. They are good at honoring special requests and adjusting the level of spiciness for you. Prices are very fair.
