This store doesn't offer rain checks, so if I drive across town from my home on the west side and they're out of an item, I have two choices: come back the next day, wasting time and energy and polluting the environment further, or do without, which wastes the time and energy that was expended on the trip in the first place. The employees have never been more than polite, and really have never gone out of their way in any regard. I have actually called ahead of time and been given one answer to a question, only to find they wouldn't honor what I had been told when I arrived. I shop the other stores in town.
