I looked at a property, and had a question about the house that the agent needed to discuss with the owners. She told me that she would get back to me with an answer in 3 days. On that 3rd day, I called the office and they told me the house had been rented to someone else 2 days ago (the day after I looked at it). They didn't bother to call or email me, let alone apologize, but they were all too eager to 'help me' look for another house....
