Shelly's restuarant located in Marianne, is a hard one to review. It's a toss up between bad and good.
THE BAD:
SLOW SERVICE: It takes FOREVER for you to get your food. And they charge you for refills!
ANNOYING WAITRESSES: I do NOT have to say it again. It's self explainatory!
CLEANLINESS: Sticky table tops, POOR cleaning all around, smudged glasses, spotty silverwear,...DISGUSTING!!!!
THE WAIT: The wait for food can take up to 35-40 minutes!!! (Trust me,..I have left before because I was APPALLED!)
THE GOOD:
THE FOOD: When you FINALLY do get your food, it's not bad. The meatloaf,..is their best feature on the menu.. (NOT as good as THE COUNTY SEAT in Clarion,....but it's alright.)
Everything else, is fairly poor, but,..if you can stand that type of service and wait,..then it's for you. All others,...I wouldn't recommend this place particularly. It's in a class of itself.
