I have to agree with the other poster. Jay Roles Floral does have the reputation of having the best, prettiest arrangements in the area. They are located between the two malls on Rt 16 in Beckley. They have a large parking area and deliver to local hospitals as well as residential and businesses. Friendly staff and lots of items to choose from. High quality and worth the trip.
