We bought a VW that was a lemon, literally. (Eventually Volkswagen did settle and gave us all of our money back for the car) It was not purchased from this dealer, but this was the closest dealer in terms of servicing our car. I was less than impressed with them. They had horrible customer service, never returned phone calls, could never figure out what was wrong with the car. They acted like they were doing us a favor by working on our car, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to give us a rental car, even though at that time it was Volkswagen's policy to furnish a vehicle.
