If you went to Claire's as a teenager, you know the deal: lots of pink decor, loud pop music, and tons and tons of costume jewelry and hair goods with big BUY TWO, GET THE THIRD FREE signs. It turns out nothing has changed in a decade or two, except the music's suggesting acts that might be illegal if the kids are young enough. I come here for inexpensive hair clips - they're basically the same thing I'd be paying through the nose for at Macy's or even CVS, and the selection is bigger. If you're over 18 prepare for culture shock.
