This is the closest thing I've seen to an old-school lunch counter around here. A no-frills narrow storefront yields coffee and espresso drinks in basic paper cups, and they're just fine. The staff is friendly and will cook up the best greasy egg and cheese sandwich you've had in a long time. You can also get lunch sandwiches and ice cream. They're usually open early morning hours on holidays which is great if you're about to get on the road and need that cuppa to get you going.
