The Great Lakes Science Center is a great resource for those of us in Northeast Ohio, who for years had to drive to Columbus or Toledo to see a good science museum. The price is a little high compared to other Cleveland area museums, but it is worth it if you have never seen it before. The Science Center rarely changes any exhibits besides their traveling ones, so it gets old around the 3rd visit. The Omnimax is great and I could never tire of it, though.
Bring lots of money for parking and be prepared for a good time. This would be a good first date (as long as you haven't already been there several times) or a good outing for children. It is quite crowded on weekends, but during the week, the wait for the interactive exibits is minimal. If you get a chance, go outside and see the beautiful North Coast harbor, and be amazed.
