The agitator in my washer stopped spinning. My husband took it apart and found the broken pieces. He took one in to Lyle's Maytag Home Appliance Center, and asked if they had any of the part, of which he didn't even know the name. The sales rep said they were agitator dogs, and sure they had them. He offered a bit of advice on putting the machine back together. He was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to repair their appliances.
