Salvation Army is one of the thrift stores that I go to the least because this location is usually always cluttered and stuff is EVERYWHERE. Often when I've gone, I've seen some of the employees standing around. Maybe they're taking a break... I don't know but I have never seen this store completely kept up.
However...I still like to go here around Halloween because you never know what you will find. I've gotten some dress up clothes for my kids before and last year I found myself a black feather boa for a couple of bucks that I used with my costume. To me, that was a great find. And on the last Friday of everything month, they have a moon lite madness sale from 6 pm to 9 pm where everything is 30 to 50% off.
