Electric Beach has the great advantage of being right next to BYU campus, and therefor succeeds in drawing in its customers from the University. Who doesn't want a 15 minute break on the sun during a walk home in the rain and snow? I know I did while I was a student, and liked to take advantage of their clean and well-kept facilities. They have fairly good deals on tanning packages, which works well if you're "working" on getting a tan for something specific and will go often.
The best thing about Electric Beach is how clean and well taken care of the place is. They stock each room with every thing you need (Kleenex, baby wipes, hand towels and a radio/CD player) and give you plenty of time to get ready before hopping into your bed.
My only advice: avoid room 6. The bed creaks like crazy and could make a 90 lb. cheerleader feel like the bed was about to shatter into pieces beneath her weight.
